Preserving Method: Freezing

1. With processor running, drop garlic through food chute; process until minced. Add parsley and remaining ingredients; process until smooth.

2. Use immediately, or spoon into jars, leaving 1⁄2-inch headspace. Center lid on jars. Apply bands, and adjust loosely. Once sauce is frozen, adjust bands to fingertip-tight. Store in freezer 6 months. Thaw in refrigerator. Refrigerate after thawing, and use within 3 weeks.
