Saturday, August 23rd - Dairy Day
Visit the Fresh Preserving demonstration stage to celebrate Dairy Day! You will have the chance to watch a strawberry jam demonstration and then sample it over chocolate ice cream. Yummm! |

Sunday, August 24th - Fiesta Day
Ball’s final day at the fair will be full of fun. Visitors will have the chance to guess how many jelly beans are in a 1 gallon Ball® Creative Container for the chance to win a prize! We will also have a Salsa Tasting and Presentation Contest. If you aren’t feeling so lucky, feel free to stick around for our Jelly Bean Jelly and Mild Fiesta Salsa demonstrations. |
