I am new to this website. I have posted this question twice now and have not seen it in the forum. I will try again. Third time is a charm. I have canned apple slices in medium syrup in a hot water bath for 20 minutes. They have all sealed, but the syrup and the apples have seperated in the jars, with the apples being at the top. It has been a few days now and they are all still sealed. Do you know what I might have done to make it seperate and do you think they will be okay to use as long as the seals are not broken? Any reply will be helpful. Thanks, Karen
