Your Ball^® FreshTECH Automatic Jam and Jelly Maker appliance must be under warranty to obtain warranty service.

Your Jarden Home Brands appliance is covered by a 1 Year Limited Warranty. The warranty is valid for the original retail purchaser from the date of initial retail purchase and is not transferable. Keep the original sales receipt. Proof of purchase is required to obtain warranty performance. Please refer to your User Manual/Warranty Information brochure for the exact terms and conditions of the 1 Year Limited Warranty for your appliance or click on warranty information. The warranty included with your purchased appliance is your exclusive warranty.
