Black & White Jam

Makes about 5 (8 oz) half pints

Combine blackberries with fresh white peaches for this easy-to-make low-calorie freezer jam featuring Ball®RealFruit® Instant Pectin.

You will need:


1-1/2 cups SPLENDA® No Calorie Sweetener, Granular
5 Tbsp Ball® RealFruit® Instant Pectin
3 cups finely chopped white peaches
1 cup crushed blackberries
5 Plastic Ball® (8 oz) Freezer Jars

Directions:

1.) STIR SPLENDA® No Calorie Sweetener, Granular and instant pectin in a bowl until well blended.
2.) ADD peaches and blackberries. Stir 3 minutes.
3.) LADLE jam into clean jars to fill line. Twist on lids. Let stand until thickened, about 30 minutes. Refrigerate up to 3 weeks or freeze up to 1 year.
