Minty Strawberry Mango Freezer Jam

It is so easy to make this combination of strawberries, mangoes and mint extract into the perfect jam when you use Ball® RealFruit® Instant Pectin. Make in minutes and freeze for up to one year. By Lisa H. of Clive, Iowa

You Will Need:

  • 1-1/2 cups sugar
  • 5 Tbsp Ball® RealFruit™ Instant Pectin
  • 2 cups crushed strawberries
  • 2 cups crushed mango
  • 1/2 tsp mint extract
  • 5 Plastic Ball® (8 oz) Freezer Jars

Directions:

  1. STIR sugar and instant pectin in a bowl until well blended.
  2. ADD strawberries, mango, and mint extract. Stir 3 minutes.
  3. LADLE jam into clean jars to fill line. Twist on lids. Let stand until thickened, about 30 minutes. Refrigerate up to 3 weeks or freeze up to 1 year.
