Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great recipes and advice! I want to make everything in the book. So far I've used about 25 of the recipes for canning relishes, jellies, jams, and salsas. My favorite on meat in the onion balsamic jam, and everyone is loving the peach mango salsa. Glazing ham with the Cherry Pomogranate jelly makes for a great finish as well!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Trendy Recipes! This book is wonderful. I hadn't canned in over a decade, so my skills were rusty. I bought this book last year, and I absolutely love it. The "Jam" section (for example) begins with basic recipes, designed to get you accustomed to the canning process, then progresses to more elaborate recipes. I'm so proud of my pantry now. Another plus is that these are small batch recipes, so you're not overwhelmed with extreme excess.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love It! I have used The Ball Blue Book for many, many years, always with great success. I also have collected several from many years ago. My oldest is from 1948, which is very interesting reading, quite small, but entertaining. Keep up the good work.
