Preserving Method: Non-Preserving

1. Squeeze the lime wedges into your glass.  Add the sugar and gently muddle together until the sugar is dissolved.  
2. Add the Raspberry Syrup, then bruise the mint leaves between your hands and rub them on the rim of the glass.  Drop them into the glass and add enough crushed ice to fill halfway. Add the rum and stir.  
3. Top with crushed ice, soda water and a sprig of mint.
