Blueberry Lemon Smoothie


Preserving Method:

  1. COMBINE yogurt, blueberries, honey and lemon zest in a blender. Blend on high speed; add ice cubes 2 at a time (if using frozen blueberries ice cubes may not be needed), blend on high. If lassi seems too thick add milk 1/4 cup at a time until lassi is a frothy medium thick drink.  

Serve with cardamom sprinkled on top
