Grilled Salmon Spinach Salad with Mixed Berry Dressing


Preserving Method: Non-Preserving

  1. Salad: 
  2. Place spinach (divided into 4 portions) into salad bowls and top with remaining salad ingredients. 
  3. Dressing: 
  4. Combine salad oil, rice wine vinegar, mixed berry jam, mint, pepper and salt in a food processor 
  5. Mix for 1 minute 
  6. Stand for 20 minutes so flavors combine then mix again just before serving.
