Salmon Pizza with Mixed Berry BBQ Sauce


Preserving Method: Fermentation

  1. PREHEAT oven to 375ºF.
  2. BRUSH BBQ sauce on naan bread (spreading thin and even).
  3. CRUMBLE the cooked salmon into small pieces and sprinkle on the bread.
  4. SPREAD the sliced onion and tomatoes evenly over the salmon.
  5. SPRINKLE the feta cheese over the top of all other ingredients, but not too think. Take a small pinch of cilantro and sprinkle over the pizza until gone.
  6. COOK pizza for 12 minutes.
Mixed Berry BBQ Sauce
  1. PLACE butter in medium size sauce pot and heat on stove (or grill burner) to medium high heat. Once butter is hot add minced onion and sauté for 5 min or until soft and translucent.
  2. ADD the BBQ sauce (brand of choice), mixed berry jam and bourbon (or apple cider vinegar)
  3. REDUCE heat to medium low
  4. HEAT for 15 min until jam has softened and all ingredients have blended together.
