Slow-Cooker Pepper Jelly Pulled Pork


Preserving Method: Non-Preserving

1. Trim excess fat from pork roast and allow it to sit at room temperature for an hour to warm up.  Place roast in slow cooker. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over roast.  
2. Cook on HIGH for 4-5 hours or LOW for 6-8 hours.   
3. Shred meat with a fork and return to slow cooker to keep warm. Serve on hamburger buns, slider rolls or over rice or egg noodles.
