Preserving Method: Non-Preserving

  • Cut the cucumber into quarters.
  • Gently muddle the cucumber and .25 ounces of honey syrup in the bottom of a 12 ounce glass.
  • Add the remaining honey syrup and other ingredients and fill with crushed ice.
  • Swizzle with a swizzle stick or long spoon until a cold, even frost is achieved on the outside of the glass.
  • Top with fresh crushed ice, a lemon wheel, and a cherry.
