Tropical Smoothie Jam


Preserving Method: Freezing

  1. BLEND pineapple, mangoes, bananas, lemon juice and lime juice in a food processor until well blended. Combine fruit puree with water in a large saucepan.
  2. ADD pectin, stirring to dissolve. Slowly bring to a boil. Add gelatin, stirring to dissolve.
  3. LADLE jam into clean jars to fill line. Apply lids. Let stand until thickened and cooled, about 30 minutes. Refrigerate up to 3 weeks or freeze up to 1 year.
